Hot Cross Buns! $8 per half dozen buns. They freeze very well and can be thawed, wrapped in foil and reheated in your home oven. Pre-orders highly recommended either for this week or for next week, Easter.

The feature bread this week is Apple Cider & Hazelnut. Local apple cider and toasted hazelnuts make this bread ideal for pairing with a platter of fine cheeses or morning toast.
