Thanks for all the orders last week! Hope your orders arrived dry, safe and sound despite the rain. This week, I'm once again offering a no-contact home delivery method in order to continue to safely offer you my baked goods during these unusual times. Pre-ordering is required. Preferred payment method is e-transfer (send to rsfraser@rogers.com) but I will also accept cash (exact change) in an envelope. When ordering, please include payment method and street address, if you haven't ordered for delivery yet. Deliveries will be made Saturday morning between 8 and 11am. I will leave the order on your doorstep, knock or ring the bell and then leave. If you would like it left in a different location, let me know.
The feature this week:
Hot Cross Buns - Easter is just around the corner!
Ingredients: Organic wheat flour, organic whole milk, sugar, egg, butter, currants, candied citrus and lemon peel, dark rum, sea salt, yeast and spices. $8 per half dozen buns. They freeze very well and can be thawed, wrapped in foil and reheated in your home oven.
I will have Bagels this week. Plain, Sesame or Poppy.
In addition to the usual pastry offerings, I will have:

Raspberry Danish
