Breadtopia Home Delivery - Saturday, May 15th

Hello Breadtopians,

Just a reminder that the St Marys Farmers' Market officially opens next Saturday, May 22nd at The Flats. Hope to see you there!  I will still be accepting pre-orders for pickup at the market as well as requests for home delivery.

This Saturday morning, I will be offering home delivery between 8 and 10 am.  No contact, porch drop.  If you haven't ordered before, please confirm your street address as well as any special delivery instructions that might apply.  Payment can be made by e-transfer to rsfraser@rogers.com or exact change in an envelope.

Deadline for orders:  Noon on Friday.

The feature bread this week:  Green Olive & Rosemary

You may notice an old favourite has returned to the bread lineup:  

Sesame Durum Wheat (formerly Sesame Semolina)

This unique bread is made with Durum wheat flour milled locally at Howson Mills in Blyth, Ontario.  Durum imparts the crumb with a golden hue and the toasted sesame seeds add a nutty flavour.
