Hello Breadtopians!

This Saturday morning, I will be offering home delivery.  

Reply to this message or email sourdough@rogers.com to submit your order for home delivery and include your street address as well as any special delivery instructions that might apply.  Payment is accepted by cash or alternatively by etransfer to rsfraser@rogers.com.

Deadline for orders:  Noon on Friday.  Order early to avoid disappointment!

Einkorn

Made from whole einkorn flour, fresh milled in-house.  Grown in British Columbia.

Einkorn wheat is one of the earliest cultivated forms of wheat, alongside emmer wheat (T. dicoccum). Hunter gatherers in the Fertile Crescent may have started harvesting einkorn as early as 30,000 years ago, according to archaeological evidence from Syria.
