St Marys Indoor Farmers' Market - Saturday, December 7th

Hello Breadtopians!

This Saturday morning, I will be at the St Marys Indoor Farmers' Market at the PRC.  Hours are 8am - Noon.  For those unable to attend, I offer home delivery.

Reply to this message or email sourdough@rogers.com to submit your order and if you opt for home delivery please include your street address as well as any special delivery instructions that might apply.  Delivery occurs following market.  Payment is accepted by cash or alternatively by etransfer to rsfraser@rogers.com.

Deadline for orders:  Noon on Friday.  Order early to avoid disappointment!

Feature Bread:  

Aged Cheddar & Cracked Pepper

Rum Stollen. (**Available this week or pre-order for Dec 14th or 21st**)

A traditional German cake-like fruit bread, lightly sweetened, enriched with milk and butter, flavoured with golden raisins, toasted sliced almonds and candied citrus soaked in rum.  Dipped in butter and coated with icing sugar, it has a great keeping quality but also freezes well.  Packaged for gift giving.  $30 each (450g).
