St Marys Farmers' Market - Saturday May 17th

Hello Breadtopians!

This Saturday morning, I will be at the St Marys Farmers' Market, located at the Flats from 8 am to 12 noon.  For those unable to attend, I offer home delivery following the market. 

Reply to this message or email sourdough@rogers.com to submit your order and if you require delivery, please include your street address as well as any special delivery instructions that might apply. Payment is accepted by cash or alternatively by etransfer to rsfraser@rogers.com.

Deadline for orders:  8 am on Friday.

Red Fife a Canadian landrace descendant of wheat from Galicia, Ukraine.  From the mid-1800s until the early 1900s, Red Fife was the dominant variety of wheat grown in Canada, prized for its hardiness, rust resistance, yield, and milling and baking qualities.
