St Marys Indoor Farmers' Market - Saturday, December 16th

Hello Breadtopians,

This Saturday morning, I will be at the St Marys Indoor Farmers' Market at the PRC between 8am and 12 noon.  For those can can't make it to market, I will also be offering home delivery.  

Reply to this message or email sourdough@rogers.com to submit your order for pickup at market or home delivery and include your street address as well as any special delivery instructions that might apply.  Payment is accepted by cash or alternatively by etransfer to rsfraser@rogers.com.

Deadline for orders:  Noon on Friday.  Order early to avoid disappointment!

Panettone

The classic Italian sweet bread with raisins and candied citrus, 100% naturally leavened using a 72 hour process.  Has a delicate flavour, ultra light interior and keeps well for over a month.  Packaged for gift giving.  $45 each (700g).   

Rum Stollen

A traditional German cake-like fruit bread, lightly sweetened and flavoured with raisins, toasted almonds and candied citrus soaked in rum.  Dipped in butter and coated with icing sugar, it has a great keeping quality but also freezes very well.  Packaged for gift giving.  $25 each (450g).
