Slow Food Perth County Market - Sunday November 24th

Thanks to all those who came out this past Sunday to our first appearance at the Slow Food Perth County Market in Stratford at the Local CFC.  It was wonderful to see so many familiar faces and many new ones too!

Pleased to offer a brand new bread this week -- Apple Cider & Currant Rye.  Apple Cider comes from the Slater Farm near Lakeside, Ontario.  Add some currants and you have a bread that is equally tasty for grilled cheese, french toast or entirely on its own.
