Slow Food Perth County Market - Sunday December 1st

With the festive season now upon us, we're pleased to offer Panettone, the classic Italian Christmas bread, featuring our own candied organic citrus.  This sweet bread has an ultra-light texture and is completely leavened with our sourdough starter.  Sealed, it will keep fresh for a month.  It's baked in a paper mold and comes wrapped, ideal for gift giving.

This week at the market, we will be sampling Panettone with a limited number of small (100g) round loaves available for $4 each.

Next week, there will be larger Panettone (600g) available for $24.  Pre-ordering is encouraged as these will disappear very fast!  I will be taking pre-orders this week at the market or by e-mail.

The feature bread this week is Aged Cheddar and Cracked Black Pepper.
The feature pastry is Bosc Pear Danish.

See you at the market,

Simon
