Slow Food Market - December 8th


Large Panettone (~700g)

Again this week at the market, we will be sampling our Panettone, the classic Italian Christmas bread, featuring our own candied organic citrus.  This sweet bread has an ultra-light texture and is leavened with our sourdough starter.  Sealed, it will keep fresh for a month.  It's baked in a paper mold and comes wrapped, ideal for holiday gift giving.

This week I have a limited number of the large Panettone (700g) available for $24.  I will have some small Panettone (100g) available as well.  Come early for best selection or pre-order yours now for Christmas!

The feature bread this week is Pumpkin Seed Sourdough--includes pureed pumpkin and toasted pumpkin seeds, this bread has a earthy and slightly sweet flavour.

The feature pastry is Mixed Berry Danish and Chocolate Almond Croissant.
