Perth County Slow Food Market - Jan 12th

The feature bread this week is Apple Cider Currant Rye.  A lighter rye bread than our danish rye that includes some delicious apple cider from the Slater Farm and plenty of juicy currants.  Perfect for toast on a cold winter morning!


One notable change to our regular lineup, the Ciabatta are now larger (454g) and the new price ($4) reflects this change.

Our feature pastry is Sour Cherry Danish.  We use only Ontario Sour Cherries on an almond frangipane base.
