This week our feature bread is Aged Cheddar & Cracked Black Pepper. Like all of our breads this one is leavened by our wild yeast starter and is loaded with plenty of old cheddar and cracked black peppercorns.
Our feature pastry is Bosc Pear Danish. We poach ontario bosc pears in french brandy, envelope them in our flaky croissant dough and an almond frangipane base.
