Slow Food Market - Jan 26th

This week, Apple Cider Currant Rye is back by popular demand.  This sourdough bread is lighter than our Danish Rye and features local apple cider and currants!

Sour Cherry Danish is also back and uses ontario sour cherries on an almond frangipane base.
