Stratford Slow Food Market - Mar 16th

To mark St Patrick's Day on Monday, the feature bread this week is Irish Stout Sourdough.  Like most of our breads, this one is leavened exclusively with our sourdough starter, with the addition of Mill Street Cobblestone, a dry irish stout.  Of course this bread doesn't actually contain any alcohol as it is boiled off during the baking process, leaving behind an abundance of flavour.

This week we also have Raspberry Danish and Onion and Aged Cheddar Focaccia
