Stratford Slow Food Market - Mar 30th

Hot Cross Buns have returned for Easter!  They are crafted by hand in the traditional British style, including our own candied citrus. (Ingredients: Organic unbleached white flour, organic whole milk, sugar, egg, butter, currants, golden and sultana raisins, candied citrus and lemon peel, rum, sea salt, yeast and spices.)   The price is $1.50 each or $7 per half dozen buns.  They freeze very well and can be be thawed, wrapped in foil and reheated in your home oven.  These will be available at the market from now until Easter.  Pre-ordering is recommended.

The feature bread this week is Roasted Potato & Fresh Dill.  This tasty loaf is 100% naturally leavened and filled with chunks of roasted Yukon Gold potatoes and fresh dill. 

This week we also have Raspberry Danish and Onion & Aged Cheddar Focaccia
