Stratford Slow Food Market - April 27th

This week's market is the final edition of the Indoor Stratford Slow Food Market for the season.  I want to take this opportunity to thank you all for coming out to the market all winter long and supporting local food producers.  We will be taking a break until Saturday, May 17th, when we return to the St Mary's Farmers' Market.  We will be there every Saturday 8am-noon until the end of October.

The feature bread this week is the often requested Apple Cider & Currant Rye.  This one is oval in shape, 100% naturally leavened and uses local apple cider.  The addition of plenty of juicy currants lend this loaf a subtle and pleasant sweetness.

This week we also have Cherry Danish and Roasted Red Pepper & Herb Focaccia
