We are once again setting up every Saturday 8am-noon until the end of October in the parking lot behind The Source at Jones and Water Streets in Downtown St Marys. Looking forward to a great season!
The feature bread this week is Kalamata Olive. 100% naturally leavened and chock full of ripe kalamata olives.
Sesame Semolina is making its debut appearance this week. This traditional italian loaf is made with 40% durum semolina flour which gives this naturally leavened bread a distinctly golden crumb. Sesame seeds stud the crumb of this loaf as well as coat the crust.

You may be surprised to know that if you've had a burger at the new Little Red's Pub & Eatery, then you've enjoyed a Breadtopia burger bun. I've decided to make these soft buns available at the market this year just in time for BBQ season. The perfect vehicle for your favourite burger or pulled pork. Limited quantities so come early or pre-order. $4.50 for a half dozen buns.
