The feature bread this week is Raisin Walnut. This batard (oval) shaped loaf is loaded with plenty of thompson raisins and toasted walnuts. Need I say more?
The feature pastry this week is Rhubarb Danish. Nothing says Spring has truly arrived like fresh rhubarb! This particular rhubarb is from Ann Slater.
Sesame Semolina generated lots of interest last week and I'm pleased to announce that it has joined the regular weekly lineup.
