Pita Bread is now available every week, made using 100% Ontario-grown unbleached wheat flour milled at nearby Arva Flour Mills. Beginning this week, Granola is now available in 1 lb bags. After a two week absence, Hamburger Buns will once again be available.
The feature pastry this week is once again, Rhubarb Danish. Fresh Rhubarb is from Sophia Slater.
Also this week, we have Rosemary & Parmesan Fougasse and Kalamata Olive and Oregano Focaccia.
