St Marys Farmers' Market - Saturday June 14th

The feature bread this week is Roasted Potato & Garlic Chive.  This "batard" or oval loaf is 100% naturally leavened with our wild yeast culture.  Loaded with chunks of slow roasted Yukon Gold Potatoes as well as Ann Slater's Garlic Chives.
 
Pain de Mie, last week's feature bread will now be available weekly due to it's overwhelming popularity.  There are limited quantities so reserving a loaf is recommended.

The Fruit Scones are changing...  Raspberry Orange Scones are now available in place of Cranberry but with any luck, Strawberry Scones will be in the lineup soon!

The feature pastry this week is once again, Rhubarb Danish.  Fresh Rhubarb is from Ray Sheldon.

Also this week, we have Kalamata Olive & Rosemary Fougasse and Tomato and Fresh Basil Focaccia.
