Thanks to all those who came out this past Saturday morning to our first ever Pop-Up appearance at Little Red's Pub & Eatery in Downtown St Marys. It was a great success! You can find us there every Saturday, 8am - 10am through the winter.
Since it is a relatively short time window and quantities of many items are limited, I encourage everyone to pre-order if possible. This will ensure you don't miss out on your favourite bread or pastry and will also allow me to continue to provide the best selection possible.
And... if for any reason you cannot make it to the Pop-Up during the designated hours, then you can always make alternate arrangements to pick up your order at my house on Church Street sometime later on Saturday.
The feature bread this week is Aged Cheddar & Cracked Black Pepper. 100% naturally leavened with our wild yeast culture, this oval loaf features aged cheddar cheese and cracked black peppercorns. Warning: this bread is highly addictive!
New this week on the pastry side is Cinnamon Rolls. I've had several requests for these and have decided to bring them back to the lineup. They are soft in texture and glazed/filled with brown sugar and cinnamon. $2 each. Perfect with coffee on a chilly fall morning!
Also this week, we have Bosc Pear Danish, Raspberry Danish, Kalamata Olive & Rosemary Fougasse and two varieties of Focaccia: Red Onion & Aged Cheddar and Roasted Red Pepper & Herb.
