First off, many thanks to all for your continued support of our new venture, a Pop-Up Bakery at Little Red's Pub & Eatery in Downtown St Marys. Saturdays, 8am - 10am through the winter.

The feature bread this week is Challah. This is a traditional braided egg bread of European origin. Made with organic unbleached flour, fresh free run eggs and award winning amber honey from Honeytree Apiaries. Topped with either sesame or poppy seeds, please specify when pre-ordering. Also available in a pull-apart loaf pan format. Makes great french toast!
Back in the bread lineup this week is Sesame Semolina. This bread won't be available every week but will be rotated with a couple of other bread varieties.
Also this week, we have Cinnamon Rolls, Raspberry Danish, Kalamata Olive & Rosemary Fougasse and two varieties of Focaccia: Roasted Fingerling Potato & Parmesan and Roasted Red Pepper & Herb.
