Pop-Up @ Little Red's - Saturday November 22nd

Hello Breadtopians,

The feature bread this week is Apple Cider Currant Rye.  This oval loaf is 100% naturally leavened with our wild yeast rye culture.  Local apple cider and plenty of currants!  

Also this week, we have Cinnamon Rolls, Bosc Pear Danish, Kalamata Olive & Rosemary Fougasse and two varieties of Focaccia: Roasted Fingerling Potato & Parmesan and Roasted Red Pepper & Herb.

Coming soon:  Italian Panettone and Rum Stollen.
