Pop-Up @ Little Red's - Saturday November 29th

Hello Breadtopians,

Did you know that our breads are crafted almost exclusively using flour sourced from our local area?  Every loaf you buy supports the local farmers that grow the grain, the local flour mills that mill that grain into flour and yours truly, your local micro baker.

The feature bread this week is Roasted Potato & Fresh Dill.  This oval loaf is 100% naturally leavened with our wild yeast rye culture and made with roasted Yukon Gold potatoes.

For french toast lovers, Pain de Mie returns to the line-up this week only. 

Also this week, we have Cinnamon Rolls, Bosc Pear Danish, Kalamata Olive & Rosemary Fougasse and two varieties of Focaccia: Red Onion & Aged Cheddar and Roasted Red Pepper & Herb.
