Seeded Country returns as the feature bread this week. This loaf is 100% naturally leavened and includes a blend of locally grown and milled unbleached white flour, whole wheat and organic whole rye flour as well as toasted sesame, sunflower and flax seeds
Raspberry Danish is the feature pastry this week and Cinnamon Rolls have returned to the lineup.
Also available are Pain de Mie, Danish 100% Rye and Whole Spelt Sunflower.
The Focaccia this week is Roasted Red Pepper & Herb Cheddar.
