Pop-up @ Little Red's - Saturday April 18th

Hello Breadtopians!

Thames River Grain returns as the feature bread this week.  This loaf is 100% naturally leavened and includes a blend of locally grown and milled unbleached white flour, whole wheat and organic whole rye flour as well as organic cracked rye, organic rolled oats, toasted sunflower seeds, millet, flax seeds and honey from Honeytree Apiaries in Burgessville.

Apple Danish is the feature pastry this week.

Also available are Pain de Mie, Danish 100% Rye and Whole Spelt Sunflower.
 
The Focaccia this week is Red Onion & Aged Cheddar.
