Hello Breadtopians!

The feature bread this week is Polenta & Pumpkin Seed.  This oval loaf is 100% naturally leavened with our wild yeast starter and includes Ontario-grown stone ground cornmeal as well as toasted pumpkin seeds.

Strawberry Danish is the feature pastry this week.  Also available this week are Cinnamon Rolls and Pain de Mie.
  
The Focaccias this week are Roasted New Red Potato & Parmesan and Roasted Red Pepper & Fresh Oregano.
