St. Marys Farmers' Market - Saturday, July 4th

Hello Breadtopians!

I hope everyone had a great Canada Day!

The feature bread this week is Roasted Potato & Fresh Dill.  This oval loaf is 100% naturally leavened with our wild yeast starter and includes locally grown, new crop Yukon Gold potatoes and organic dill.

Strawberry Danish is the feature pastry this week.  Also available this week are Cinnamon Rolls, Pain de Mie and Mill Race Sesame.
  
The Focaccia this week are Red Onion & Aged Cheddar and Roasted Tomato & Fresh Basil.
