St Marys Farmers' Market - Saturday, September 3rd

Hello Breadtopians,

Back from our camping trip and looking forward to seeing everyone at the market this Saturday from 8am - noon in parking lot at Jones and Water Street.  Eat local, Eat fresh, support small business and keep money in our community.

The feature bread this week is Roasted Potato & Rosemary. This loaf is 100% naturally leavened with our wild yeast starter and filled with roasted yukon gold potatoes and fresh rosemary.

New this week is Sesame Kamut.  Kamut (or Khorasan) is an heritage grain originating from northeast Iran, essentially an ancient version of durum wheat that is easier to digest for some individuals with sensitivities to modern wheat.  This loaf isn't 100% Kamut but rather a blend of Arva unbleached wheat flour and freshly milled organic kamut flour but I will be working towards offering a 100% Kamut bread in the near future.  Comments and questions are always welcome regarding this change.

Also available:  Roasted Tomato & Basil Focaccia and Red Onion & Aged Cheddar Focaccia.

Sour Cherry Danish is the feature pastry this week.
