Breadtopia Pop-up Bakery - Saturday, November 5th

Hello Breadtopians,

Now that market season is over, you can find us our fall/winter location, the Pop-up Bakery located at 138 Church Street South (Breadtopia HQ) on Saturday mornings from 8-11am.  Look forward to seeing everyone there!

Kalamata Olive & Rosemary returns as the feature bread this week.  This loaf is 100% naturally leavened with our wild yeast starter.  Made with ripe kalamata olives and fresh rosemary.

Thames River Grain
Kalamata Olive & Rosemary
Stonetown (Pain au Levain)
Sesame Kamut
Danish 100% Rye
Pain de Mie

Also available:  Red Onion & Cheddar Focaccia and Roasted Red Pepper & Oregano Focaccia.

Bosc Pear Danish is the feature pastry this week.
