Pop-up Bakery - Saturday, November 12th

Hello Breadtopians,

Many thanks to everyone that came out last Saturday morning to our fall/winter location,  the Pop-up Bakery located at 138 Church Street South (Breadtopia HQ).  For those that couldn't make it, I've extended the hours and they are are now 8-12noon.

Cinnamon Raisin Spiral Pain de Mie returns as the feature bread this week.  This tasty variation on our the usual Pain de Mie is leavened with baker's yeast and filled with Thompson raisins and a cinnamon sugar spiral filling.

Red Fife Sesame is now in the lineup! Our usual sesame wheat loaf is now made with 100% Red Fife wheat, recognized as a heritage and landrace grain.  As with all our whole grain flour, we freshly mill this grain on-site in our own stone mill.

100% Spelt Sunflower

Also available:  Red Onion & Cheddar Focaccia

Raspberry Danish is the feature pastry this week.
